What students are saying:
Melissa is always encouraging when I don’t understand the concepts in Spanish. She really wants me to learn and pushes me to learn more, but not in discouraging way. She is always happy. I have learned much from Melissa.
~Elías, high school student
I needed a tutor who could understand how I learn and the needs that I have in order to continue learning Spanish in my second year of college. [Melissa] made learning Spanish fun and exciting for me, even after a year of taking Spanish classes.”
~Cameron, peer tutoring client
“A few of us are trying to learn Spanish and Melissa has been a big part of that process. She meets with us weekly and is gifted in helping us with weak areas and coming up with solutions and exercises to help us work through them. Her happy disposition makes her a very pleasant, patient teacher and her knowledge of the Spanish language makes her an excellent one.”
~Linda, adult student
