Melissa J. Troutman is a Christian author of fantasy stories with real journeys. She lives near the majestic Rocky Mountains in Colorado, where she works as a teacher, tutor, and freelance editor. She has a bachelor’s degree in English and a masters in Teaching English as a Second Language.

Her FBI thriller, Trust and Deception, was published in 2013, and she is currently writing a four-book YA fantasy series. She also writes and edits for The Valley ministry blog.
